What do you need to survive a blizzard?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Here are some things you should consider having with you if you are face to face with a blizzard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Radio. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Flashlight.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Batteries.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Non-perishable food (have enough with you for at least 3 days).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Water (also have a 3-day supply of it).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. First aid kit. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    What should you do in a blizzard?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In a blizzard, you should listen to local radio news, so you know when the blizzard has passed on to a different area. You should also learn how to make a blizzard shelter so you can make a place where you can hide and be safe from the blizzard. You should stay in your hiding spot, but if you have to leave your hiding spot for any reason, then you should travel in the day since there is better visibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
